Description
These flourless cookies are a great high protein way to eat your treats well. You can’t go wrong with these fast and easy recipes that will keep your guests coming back for me.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Coconut sugar
Wet ingredients
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1-inch Grated fresh ginger
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Coconut sugar
- 1 cup Tahini
Instructions
- Preheat oven to oven temp 160oc and line a baking tray
- Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Combine all wet ingredients into the mixing bowl
- Mix well with a spatula ensuring all ingredients are thoroughly mixed
- Using a tablespoon take a spoonful of the sticky batter
- Roll into balls in the palm of your hand
- Using the back of a spatula press balls onto baking tray
- Leave space between the cookies for them to spread
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden
- Wait 10 minutes until fully cooled and transfer to a wire rack
Notes
- You could also sprinkle these with white sesame seeds before baking.
