Rosemary & Sea Salt Mixed Nuts (Vegan, Gluten Free)

Rosemary since ancient Greek times has been linked to good brain health because it helps to strengthen our memory. Rosemary & Sea Salt Mixed Nuts make a perfect afternoon snack or simply something to place on the dinner table whilst playing entertaining games. Poker anyone? 



1 cup Raw Cashews

2 cups Raw Almonds

1 tbsp Olive oil

1 tbsp Onion powder

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tbsp Finely crushed sea salt

3 tbsp Fresh rosemary sprigs


  • Heat the olive oil on a low heat in a solid base pan
  • Add the dry ingredients, half the salt and stir until well combined
  • Add the nuts and toss until fully coated¬†
  • Keep moving around the pan on low heat until the cashews start to toast and gently brown
  • Add the remainder of the salt to finish
  • Remove from the pan and allow to fully cool before transferring to a serving bowl


  • These Rosemary & Sea Salt Nuts store well in a glass jar for 2 weeks
  • Feel free to mix up your nut flavours, I also enjoy pecans, macadamia and walnuts.
