Instructions
  1. Saute the onions and garlic in the oil until soft
  2. In a separate pot soak the noodles in hot water until soft and then strain
  3. Scramble the eggs with the onion and garlic
  4. In a small bowl combine all the ingredients for the sauce
  5. Add the sauce and egg mixture to the noodles and combine until heated through
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
  7. Transfer to a plate and garnish with spring onions, chili flakes and peanuts
