Ingredients

Scale
  • 100 gn spinach
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp linseeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 350 ml water
  • 1 scoop protein powder (good quality!)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender for 60 seconds or until desired consistency is met

Notes

  • Use more or less water for desired thickness
  • An easy way to create your own smoothie is by the following principle;
    • 1/3 greens
    • 1/3 fruit
    • 1/3 liquid
    • Add a super-food booster!

Variations

  • Instead of linseed use chia seeds
  • Use any nut butter
  • Instead of banana use half avocado or yoghurt
  • Use any flavour protein powder
  • Instead of spinach use kale or collard greens
  • Add maca-powder
  • Instead of water use coconut water or nut mylk
