Ingredients
Scale
- 100 gn spinach
- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp linseeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 350 ml water
- 1 scoop protein powder (good quality!)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the blender for 60 seconds or until desired consistency is met
Notes
- Use more or less water for desired thickness
- An easy way to create your own smoothie is by the following principle;
- 1/3 greens
- 1/3 fruit
- 1/3 liquid
- Add a super-food booster!
Variations
- Instead of linseed use chia seeds
- Use any nut butter
- Instead of banana use half avocado or yoghurt
- Use any flavour protein powder
- Instead of spinach use kale or collard greens
- Add maca-powder
- Instead of water use coconut water or nut mylk
