
Papaya & coconut ice cream
Ingredients
Scale
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1 medium sized ripe papaya
- 1 ripe banana sliced
- 1 tbspn maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender, blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer
- Stir the mixture roughly every 4-6 hours and place back in the freezer, repeat this for 24 hours
- The final result will be a smooth creamy ice cream
Notes
After the mixture is partly frozen optional flavours can be stirred in like nuts, seeds, bee pollen & cacao nibs or just used as a topping
