Papaya & coconut ice cream

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 1 medium sized ripe papaya
  • 1 ripe banana sliced
  • 1 tbspn maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer
  3. Stir the mixture roughly every 4-6 hours and place back in the freezer, repeat this for 24 hours
  4. The final result will be a smooth creamy ice cream


After the mixture is partly frozen optional flavours can be stirred in like nuts, seeds, bee pollen & cacao nibs or just used as a topping
