
Orange Cacao Balls Recipe
- Yield: 3-4 large (85g) or 10 small (15g )balls) 1x
Ingredients

- 1 cup dates (soaked, drained and pitted)
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp cacao
- 1 pinch pink salt
- 1 zest orange
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients EXCEPT the dates in a food processor or in a good blender.
- Blend until nuts are in small chunks, around 30 secs (depending on the blender)
- Place the dates into the mix, one by one without seeds (blender still running) until the mixture starts to bind like cookie dough (you may not need all the dates for this)
- Take either 15gm or 85gm of the mixture (depending on the size ball you desire) and roll into a ball
Notes
You can zest more orange and roll the balls until coated for a great presentation
Store in the fridge for up to one week
