Mushroom and Pesto Pizza Recipe | Elika Tasker


  • 1 gluten-free crust (see note below)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (high quality)
  • 3 tbsp pesto
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup peppers (sliced)


  1. Preheat oven to 140c
  2. Spread tomato sauce on crust
  3. Put dollops of pesto around the top of the sauce
  4. Sprinkle mushrooms and peppers evenly over the top of the pizza
  5. Bake 10 – 15 mins, until hot and bubbly


This is my favorite pizza crust recipe.

Don’t have mushrooms and peppers on hand??  No worries!!  Use whatever veggies you have on hand!
