
Mushroom & Pesto Pizza (Vegan, Gluten-Free)
Ingredients
- 1 gluten-free crust (see note below)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (high quality)
- 3 tbsp pesto
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/4 cup peppers (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 140c
- Spread tomato sauce on crust
- Put dollops of pesto around the top of the sauce
- Sprinkle mushrooms and peppers evenly over the top of the pizza
- Bake 10 – 15 mins, until hot and bubbly
