
Maca Chocolate Banana Cookie Recipe

- 3 very ripe bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (preferably organic)
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- 1 tbspn maca
- 1 tbspn cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170c
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl
- Place the remaining ingredients in the bowl with the bananas and mix well
- Using a 1/4 cup container measure out the mixture
- Roll into a ball and then flatten with the back of the measuring cup on your lined baking sheet
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes – should be golden brown
Notes
You can substitute dried cranberries for raisins, sultanas or other dried fruits
