Keto Choco Bombs Recipe

  • 6 cups cashew butter
  • 2 cups cocoa (high quality)
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or yacon syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup crushed peanuts (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients (except peanuts) into the blender and blend until fully combined
  2. Shape mixture with hands into balls of your desired size
  3. If desired roll into the crushed peanuts or more cocoa powder
  4. Place in the chiller to set for at least 30 minutes


A keto-friendly sweetener has been used in this recipe, cocoa can be a little bitter without sweetener but feel free to swap depending on how strict your dietary requirements are.
