
Keto Choco Bombs Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 cups cashew butter
- 2 cups cocoa (high quality)
- 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or yacon syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup crushed peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (except peanuts) into the blender and blend until fully combined
- Shape mixture with hands into balls of your desired size
- If desired roll into the crushed peanuts or more cocoa powder
- Place in the chiller to set for at least 30 minutes
Notes
A keto-friendly sweetener has been used in this recipe, cocoa can be a little bitter without sweetener but feel free to swap depending on how strict your dietary requirements are.
