Every atom, object and living thing is in constant motion and vibrating at a specific frequency.
This universal law commonly understood in physics can govern how we can come to look at our health.
Its well understood scientifically that everything is energy but how much do you consider this day to day and as a way of achieving your health goals?
Energy comes in heat, light, electrical, chemical and sound when we observe more scientifically.
When I support a client through a transformation my main goal is to increase their energy, I do this through a technique I’ve come to master in my energy audits. I want my clients to feel lighter, have mental clarity, deep restorative sleep and not be fatigued.
Here are some things I review;
ATP is the body’s energy currency and one area we look at to increase our metabolism, or ability to burn fat. Looking through the lens of the chemical elements of food and its absorption in the human body is one aspect of where we can assess how we’re utilizing our energy.
Considering energy from sound, light and heat. 80% of my clients come to me for nutrition support but after the first few years of me going along with meal plans and personalizing their diets, I realized I needed to take my clients on the journey that I had experienced when I plateaued.
It is easier when we think about our environments – home or work – and question whether the energy exchange with whom we interact is positive or negative for our energy efficiency.
When we are able to control our energy, by tuning into a physical space or a group of people, we have the ability to adjust not only our own, but the frequency of others, even if it means withdrawing from the space.
Have you noticed when you calm your voice when speaking to a child how you are able to calm the child? As adults, we have had to learn that in conflict the loudest person to speak is not always getting understood. These are examples of using our energy well. Control your energy to control others’ emotions.

The frequency of our emotions can be measured, in the same way we measure our hearts and our brains. Feeling grief and anger can feel heavy in our bodies and we intuitively know we want to move through this. Emotional flexibility helps to move to feel lighter faster when measured the frequencies of love, peace and joy are high frequencies. Strategies like movement can incorporate this. I’ve worked with clients who incorporate dance and team sports to shift energy frequencies to higher states. Movement shifts our energy from stagnant like a lake with no free-flowing water to energized like the river that flows off the rocks on a waterfall.
Health is not restricted to what’s on our plate and how much we work out, it’s an assessment of resistance and force in all aspects of our life. This could be the food we eat, the way we move to the people or the environments we find ourselves in. My energy audit is a powerful tool to assess where you are leaking energy.
