What is an holistic health concierge service?

In partnership, we will create your blueprint for to have success personally & professionally. Through taking small, incremental steps you will achieve a leaner body, mental clarity, deep restorative sleep, and tap into energy reserves you didn’t realise were there.

Over the course of 12 weeks, we will work through a proven model based on four core pillars, otherwise known as my Energy Reset Recipe

NUTRITION
When we eat the right foods, our health is transformed. We will:
- Create a tailored, flexible diet that fits into your lifestyle
- Focus on the nutrient density of foods you are eating rather than counting calories
- Identify the foods your body needs to thrive and that allow your gut to function at 100%
- Develop an understanding of how the food you consume impacts your hormonal balance

*Please note: I am not the nutritionist who is going to tell you not to drink alcohol or eat out. I will provide you with options, and you will decide what works best for you.
MOVEMENT
The human body was designed to move! We will:
- Track and assess your current patterns of movement
- Learn how to listen to your body and understand what movement will give you the most energy
- Create an exercise plan that is personalised to your goals and fits into your lifestyle
- Reframe your relationship with exercise to ensure it is always a positive experience
WORK & 
RELATIONSHIPS
A healthy balance between work and home is essential for personal fulfilment. We will:
- Identify your purpose, through Human Design. Let's clarify your unique blueprint to the world.
- Optimise your blueprint for heart centred leadership 
- Examine the network you operate within, and expand it where necessary
- Provide you with the tools to nurture the relationships that are right for you and give you the strength to break free from those that are not.
MIND & 
SELF-CARE
Your brain needs to be optimised, lets get it re-wired, sharp and present. We will:
- Conduct an audit to identify where you are currently leaking the most energy
- Gain mental clarity and the ability to always make the ‘right’ decision
- Develop simple techniques to remove stress immediately
- Benefit from deep, restorative sleep
