
Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
Instructions
- Grate the head of the cauliflower using a cheese grater into a bowl leaving just the stalk
- Place the grated cauliflower ‘rice’ into a pot with a tight fitted lid and add one cup of warm water & the mixed herbs
- With the lid on allow to steam for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat and transfer the rice to a serving dish
Notes
- Instead of mixed herbs swap for saffron or turmeric
- Stir through stir fry garlic & mushrooms to the cooked rice
