
Cashew Fudge
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup cashew butter (or almond butter)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup date syrup
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until the nut butter is fully combined
- Place a whole cashew nut into each mold then pour the fudge mixture over
- Set for 4 hours in the fridge
