Black Sesame Vegan Ice Cream

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coconut mylk
  • 1 cup soaked cashews
  • 1/3 cup black tahini
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch pink salt

Instructions

  1. Blend until fully combined, smooth & creamy
  2. Place into a tupperware container & freeze
  3. After approx 2 hours remove, stir all mixture to break up any ice particles
  4. Repeat again after an additional 1-2 hours
  5. Repeat stirring process one more time to ensure no ice particles have formed, then leave in the freezer until serving

Notes

The coconut mylk can be replaced with any plant-based mylk, if you have a preference for a slightly different flavour
