
Black Sesame Vegan Ice Cream

Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut mylk
- 1 cup soaked cashews
- 1/3 cup black tahini
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch pink salt
Instructions
- Blend until fully combined, smooth & creamy
- Place into a tupperware container & freeze
- After approx 2 hours remove, stir all mixture to break up any ice particles
- Repeat again after an additional 1-2 hours
- Repeat stirring process one more time to ensure no ice particles have formed, then leave in the freezer until serving
Notes
The coconut mylk can be replaced with any plant-based mylk, if you have a preference for a slightly different flavour
