Black Sesame Energy Balls

Description

These on the go snacks are not only simple to make but they’re delicious and packed with protein, calcium & antioxidants!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup dates (soak in warm water for 5 mins if not using medjool)
  • 3 tbspn black tahini
  • 2 tbspn black sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except the black sesame seeds into a food processor and pulse until items are chopped and well combined
  2. Shape mixtures into balls and roll in black sesame seed (if using)

Notes

Can’t find black tahini?  No worries white tahini works too!
