
Black Sesame Energy Balls
Description
These on the go snacks are not only simple to make but they’re delicious and packed with protein, calcium & antioxidants!
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup dates (soak in warm water for 5 mins if not using medjool)
- 3 tbspn black tahini
- 2 tbspn black sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except the black sesame seeds into a food processor and pulse until items are chopped and well combined
- Shape mixtures into balls and roll in black sesame seed (if using)

Can’t find black tahini? No worries white tahini works too!
