Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 7 oz shitake mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 12 tbsp liquid aminos
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet heat the sesame oil
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir fry until the vegetables are tender
  3. Serve alongside steamed veg (I used bok choy) and either quinoa or rice
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds
