
Asian Mushroom & Sesame

Ingredients

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 7 oz shitake mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 –2 tbsp liquid aminos
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large skillet heat the sesame oil
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir fry until the vegetables are tender
- Serve alongside steamed veg (I used bok choy) and either quinoa or rice
- Garnish with sesame seeds
