- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp finely grated or minced ginger
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp rice syrup
- 2 tbsp finely grated or minced garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp amino
- 1 finely chopped red chili
- 1/2 cup water
- Place everything together and stir until combined.
You can add less water if you desire a thicker consistency.
Serve over or garnish with almost anything!!
I love this over a zoodle salad with some crushed almonds or simply some roasted broccoli
If you prefer a completely smooth sauce feel free to blend in a blender until smooth
Raw honey is also a great sweetener alternative
